London Broil Sizzler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Cut both sides diamond pattern 1/8-inch deep.
    Heat butter; add onion and salt.
    Mix remaining.
    Brush half on first side. Set oven to broil.
    Place top of steak 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 5 to 7 minutes or until brown.
    Cook top about 1 to 2 minutes longer than bottom of steak.
    Turn steak; brush remaining mixture on steak.
    Broil 5 minutes until brown.
    Cut on slant; top with onions.
    Serve.
