Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated (may mix with Cheddar cheese)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    You may use ham or sausage or all 3 meats.
