Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 pt. strawberries
    1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip equivalent
    1 pie shell (crumb or regular)
Preparation
    Blend the lemon juice and the Eagle Brand milk.
    Add the strawberries and the Cool Whip and blend together.
    Pour into a baked shell or a crumb crust.
    Refrigerate for several hours until chilled through.
    Makes a great summer dessert.
