Deviled Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 c. crab meat (mixture of breast and claw meat)
    1 1/2 c. Progresso Italian style bread
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    basil leaves and red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until clear.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly and form into patties or stuff into cleaned crab shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until browned.
    May be frozen on a cookie sheet uncooked, then kept frozen in freezer bags until ready to thaw and bake.
