Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak, coarsely ground
    1/8 lb. suet, finely chopped
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. ground oregano
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1/2 c. white corn meal (masa harina)
Preparation
    Brown meats.
    Drain.
    Add chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, Tabasco, oregano and water.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Add cornmeal and cook 30 minutes uncovered.
