Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Pet milk, chilled overnight
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Bake graham cracker crust according to directions on package in 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
    Whip cold milk until stiff.
    In another large bowl, cream the cream cheese and sugar.
    In small boiler, bring water to a boil and add Jell-O; stir well.
    Add hot Jell-O mixture to cream cheese and sugar, stirring well.
    Blend whipped cream into this mixture.
    Pour over baked crust and sprinkle top with graham crumbs.
    Keep in refrigerator.
