Blueberry Streusel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar, divided
    1/4 c. softened margarine
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour, divided
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    2 c. fresh blueberries
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup sugar, margarine, lemon rind and egg; beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and the soda; add to egg mixture at low speed.
    Pour batter into a 9-inch round pan.
    Combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, blueberries, cinnamon and allspice; tossing gently.
    Spoon over batter, leaving 1/2-inch border.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Cool 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Makes 10 servings.
