Fly-Off-The-Plate-Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1 Tbsp. Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Baking powder
    1 Egg
    1 c. Milk
    2 Rounded Tbsp. Sour cream
    2 Tbsp. Melted butter, cooled
Preparation
    Resift the flour with the other dry ingredients. Beat together the egg and sour cream. Stir into flour mixture.
    Add melted butter and beat until smooth. Cook on a hot griddle.
