Fruit Parfaits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. whipped topping (see Whipped Topping recipe)
1/4 c. unsweetened grated coconut
2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 large orange, peeled, seeded and sectioned
1 large banana, sliced
1 c. cubed fresh pineapple
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well.
Combine orange, banana and pineapple.
Toss lightly.
Spoon alternate layers of fruit mixture and orange juice mixture into 6 parfait glasses. Cover and chill thoroughly.
A serving amount is 1/2 cup at 87 calories.
