Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 manicotti shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 small cottage cheese
1 can spinach, drained well
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook shells as directed on the package and drain.
In skillet, brown ground beef and green peppers.
Drain well.
Cool. Add salt, cheese, cottage cheese and spinach.
Mix well.
Stuff shells with mixture.
Place in a greased baking dish. Pour in spaghetti sauce. Cover with additional Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
