Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. ground beef
    10 oz. grape or red currant jelly
    12 oz. Heinz chili sauce
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Season ground beef; roll into small meatballs and place on broiler pan and broil until medium rare.
    While meatballs are cooking, melt jelly in chili sauce over low heat.
    Add dash of salt and garlic salt.
    Bring to slow simmer.
    Remove meatballs from oven and drop in sauce; simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
