Stir-Fried Beef In Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef, cut into bite-size pieces
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    oil (for cooking)
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Marinate beef in soy sauce, sherry and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
    Heat oil.
    Cook beef until done, stirring 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add sugar and oyster sauce; mix well.
    Heat through. Serve with rice.
