Chicken Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (26 oz) frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 pkg. (24 oz) frozen California blend vegetables
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. French fried onions
Preparation

In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, layer the potatoes, vegetables and chicken.
In a bowl combine soups and broth; pour over the chicken.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, sprinkle with onions.
Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
