Indiana Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. peaches (canned), drained and chopped
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bread will be slightly heavy because of fruit content.
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil until fluffy.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    May add nuts to batter.
