Zucchini Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts (or more)
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. oleo, softened
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, oleo, milk and vanilla until smooth. Add sugar and mix until smooth. (Add nuts, if desired.) Frost the cooled cake. Serves 20.
