Favorite Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. whole milk
    9 eggs
    9 Tbsp. bourbon
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Separate yolks and whites of eggs.
    Beat yolks until thick and add sugar.
    Stir this into milk and add bourbon.
    Whip the cream; add and then fold the well beaten egg whites in and put into eggnog bowl.
    Add the ice cream just before you serve it and break it up into small pieces and stir to mix it through the nog.
