Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 orange rind, grated
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 heaping c. cranberries, cut into quarters
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add beaten egg and orange juice. Combine ingredients until moistened.
Add nuts and cranberries last.
Pour batter into a loaf pan lined with waxed paper.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool in refrigerator for 24 hours.
