Have It Your Way Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
2 large yellow squash, cut in 1/4-inch slices
chopped red pepper *
chopped green pepper *
chopped celery *
chopped onion *
1 Tbsp. oil (butter, olive oil or vegetable oil, depending on taste)
1 1/4 c. milk (use skim for less fat)
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 to 1 c. filler (package stuffing, dry bread, cereal or lightly crushed crackers)
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey or Mozzarella)
spice (salt, pepper, Mexican or Italian, depending on taste)
topping (more cheese, any of the fillers suggested, crushed chips, Bran Buds or chopped nuts)
