Company Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
    1 c. raw rice, cooked
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 lemons, sliced very thin
Preparation
    Mix together first four ingredients.
    Saute peppers, onions and celery in butter.
    Add to shrimp mixture.
    Put in long flat casserole and completely cover with sliced lemons.
    Cook, covered with foil, for about 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    May be made ahead and frozen.
    Serve with French bread, salad and dessert for a delicious company meal.
