Baked Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen bag Ore Ida hash browns
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    Mix well and place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan; bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 with no cover.
    Top with potato chips the last 15 minutes.
