Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift together meal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Combine milk and well-beaten egg and oil.
    Combine two mixtures stirring quickly and vigorously.
    Pour into hot, greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
