Slow-Roasted Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Remove tomato seeds with a spoon. Place tomatoes, cut side up, on baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with cheese, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper; drizzle with oil. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
