Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in 2-quart casserole dish. Crumble Ritz crackers over top and drizzle melted butter over the crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
