Do Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Peel and boil potatoes.
Mash with cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Put in casserole and dot with margarine.
Can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
