Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    6 to 8 pork chops, fat removed
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water (use soup can)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut and put into the bottom of a large, oblong baking dish.
    Place pork chops on top of sauerkraut.
    Mix soup, water and sugar together and pour over sauerkraut.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours and until meat is nicely browned.
