Tossed Salad(Greek) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce
    1 tomato, cut into 8 wedges
    1/2 peeled cucumber (1/2-inch chunks)
    10 black olives
    6 Salonika peppers
    8 anchovy fillets
    wine vinegar
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    6 small beets, cut in half
    4 green onions (scallions), sliced
    6 radishes, sliced
    1/3 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Break lettuce into small pieces and toss with next 8 ingredients.
    Salt and pepper to taste and toss again.
    Place anchovies evenly around salad and sprinkle Feta cheese over top. Just before serving, pour even amounts of olive oil and vinegar over salad and toss at table.
    Serve with hard bread, crackers or crusty rolls.
