Popcorn Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. oil
    20 caramel candies
    3 c. mini marshmallows
    10 c. popped popcorn
    1/2 lb. M&M's candies
    1/2 lb. salted peanuts (skinless)
Preparation
    In large glass bowl, combine margarine, oil, caramels and marshmallows.
    Alternate microwaving and stirring until ingredients become a pourable mixture.
    Place popcorn in large mixing bowl.
    Add M&M's and peanuts.
    Pour sauce over and toss to mix.
