Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. orange peel
Preparation
    Sift together first seven ingredients.
    Beat eggs until light; add sugar slowly.
    Set aside.
    Soak zucchini in water and salt. Drain.
    Add oil to dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and zucchini.
    Add chopped nuts, vanilla and orange peel; beat.
    Fold in eggs. Pour into two 9-inch cake pans, greased and dusted with cocoa powder.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
