Pumpkin Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can Libby's pumpkin
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened.
Pour hot mixture into sterilized canning jar; seal immediately.
Yields 2 cups.
