Pizza Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
    1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) pepperoni
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat
    oven
    to\t400\u00b0. Empty potato slices and packet of sauce mix into 2-quart casserole.
    Heat tomatoes, oregano and water
    to boiling, stir in potatoes.\tArrange pepperoni on top and
    sprinkle with
    cheese.
    Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes. Hamburger, browned
    and
    drained
    can\tbe
    used
    in
    place of pepperoni (use 1/2 pound very lean).
