Caramel Cheese Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. caramels
    1/2 c. light cream or evaporated milk
    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
    8 c. sliced apples
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt caramels and cream over boiling water.
    Keep warm. Combine flour,
    sugar,
    salt
    and
    butter.\tMix
    into
    crumbs. Blend oil
    with
    egg and water.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir until dough forms.\tRoll
    out
    to fit a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Combine apples, sugar, flour and lemon juice.
    Cook about 20
    minutes
    until
    apples are partially tender;
    spread over crust.
    Beat cheese, egg and sugar until smooth.
    Drizzle caramel sauce
    in strips over apples.
    Spoon cheese mixture in between caramel
    strips.
    Sprinkle\twith pecans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
