Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. strained persimmon pulp
    1 Tbsp. meal
    1 c. sugar minus 2 Tbsp.
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon (may use 1 tsp. vanilla in place of cinnamon)
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients
    and
    sift.
    Add other ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into an 11\tx

    x
    2-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
