Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. long rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 chicken, cut up
    salt & pepper to taste
    2 cans mushroom soup
    milk
Preparation
    Spread rice ina 9 x 13 baking dish. Add water. Sprinkle dry onion soup over rice and water mixture. Season chicken to taste and place chicken, skin side up on rice mixture.
    Slightly dilute soup with milk and spread over top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
