Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams (6 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    2 c. chopped potatoes
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Drain juice from clams.
    Pour over vegetables in saucepan. Add enough water to barely cover and simmer until potatoes are done.
