Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. loosely packed zucchini, grated
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in 3 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
