Southern Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 oranges, peeled
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. coconut (do not use fresh coconut)
Preparation
    Cut the oranges into bite size pieces.
    This should make about 4 cups.
    In medium size serving bowl, layer half of the oranges, half of the sugar, and half of the coconut. Repeat.
