Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut (flaked)
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 small (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation

Combine corn oil and sugar and beat with a beater.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand using a wooden spoon, stirring well after each addition.
When all ingredients have been added and mixed well, pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
