Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
whipped cream and nuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine filling ingredients.
Mix well and turn into crust.
Bake 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
Garnish with whipped cream and nuts, if desired.
Refrigerate leftovers
