Apple Dilly Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. strong black coffee, cooled
1 c. coarsely chopped apple
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and egg until light.
Stir in dry ingredients; alternate with coffee.
Add apples, nuts and raisins. Double this recipe and bake in greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
Can be frosted, if desired.
