Pineapple Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter or shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening; add egg and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together and add to creamed mixture.
