Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie (9-inch)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Add enough red food coloring to color this mixture.
    Bake pie crust and make the mixture.
    Cook this until boiling or until thickened.
    Set aside and cool.
    Put a layer of strawberries on cooked pie crust and then put on the cooled mixture.
    Slice strawberries on top.
    Chill for a couple of hours.
