Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 boneless pork
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    Fryin' Magic or seasoned bread crumbs, fine grind
Preparation
    Mix milk and egg.
    Pound pork thin; dip into milk and egg mixture.
    Then coat with bread crumbs or Fryin' Magic.
    Have frying pan with 1/4-inch oil heating.
    Fry on each side until brown.
    Only takes a few minutes.
    Drain and serve.
    I usually serve with green beans, rice and/or homemade French fries.
