Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar (brown)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 bottle catsup (small)
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except meat.
    Place meat in baking pan. Pour mixture over top.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
