Hamburger Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese, divided
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion until tender; drain.
    Combine beef, onion, corn, soup, pimento and 2 cups cheese.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with corn bread and rice.
