Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 head broccoli
    6 green onions
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut up and combine vegetables.
    Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salad oil and sugar; pour over vegetables.
    Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Serve cold.
