Sugar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and add boiling water.
    Dissolve dry ingredients, then add half and half.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
