Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large or 4 medium sweet potatoes
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    3/4 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 (8-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil potatoes in skins until tender. Peel; put into bowl with butter.
    Beat with mixer.
    Add sugar and eggs.
    (Every so often clean beaters to remove the strings.)
    Add milk; beat.
    Add vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Beat until smooth and free of strings.
    Pour into pie shells and bake until slightly brown on top.
