Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 can tomatoes, chopped
    2 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with peppers
    2 cans red beans
    1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1 pkg. zesty dry Italian salad mix
Preparation
    In large saucepan, brown meat; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Freezes well.
    Better the second day.
