Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. blackberries
    1/4 c. water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of ground nutmeg
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into an 8-inch baking pan.
    Combine the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Cut in margarine with pastry blender (or two knives) until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Sprinkle over blackberry mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.
    Serves 6.
