Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 egg
    3 c. plain flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and set aside.
    In a bowl, put the oleo and sugar and pour the boiling water over until the oleo melts.
    Cool. Add the egg and beat well with whisk.
    Add to yeast mixture.
    Add the flour and pinch of salt.
    Make out in pan or muffin tins and let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown. May refrigerate dough (covered) for a few days.
